These carriers use an adjustable MRD device so the retention is adjustable using a 1/8" allen wrench (WRENCH NOT INCLUDED). 
 
The double stack 9/40 option is designed to work on virtually all double stack 9/40 magazines as well as G43 and many others using the MRD retention adjustment. They can be carried inside or outside the waistband and can be carried on either side. These carriers also allow the user to carry the mags facing forward or rearward. 
 
The carrier will come with a 1.5" FOMI belt clip installed.
