This is a brand new Glacier Bay oak veneer toilet seat that comes with all original hardware and paperwork. It was removed from factory sealed packaging ONLY to engrave and "stage" on a toilet for photos. IT WAS NOT INSTALLED OR USED IN ANY WAY.
