These carriers use an adjustable MRD device so the retention is adjustable using a 1/8" allen wrench (WRENCH NOT INCLUDED). They can be carried inside or outside the waistband and can be carried on either side. The carriers also allow the user to carry the mags facing forward or rearward. The carrier will come with a 1.5" FOMI belt clip installed.
